What counts as a token? expand_more
Tokens are reported by the upstream provider for each request and passed through transparently. Plurence does not add token overhead.
What happens when I hit my monthly cap? expand_more
Requests return a 429 with a clear message. No surprise charges, no metered overage. Your bucket resets at the start of the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade plans for an immediate increase.
Can I switch plans mid-month? expand_more
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose paid-for capacity.
Do tokens roll over? expand_more
No — buckets reset at each billing cycle. We size the buckets generously so you should not need rollover; if you find yourself capped, upgrade or talk to us about a custom plan.
Does the same bucket cover every model? expand_more
Yes. One token bucket spans every provider and model we route to. No per-model contracts, no per-provider quotas.
Do you store my prompts? expand_more
Request logs are retained for the window listed on your plan and are used only for debugging and your own analytics. We do not use prompts for model training.
Can I cancel anytime? expand_more
Yes. Cancel from your billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period and then drops to Free.
